Christi Ann Silbaugh is an entrepreneur, digital strategist, and nonprofit founder with over 20 years of professional experience in marketing, business administration, and social media strategy. She has worked across multiple industries, including wellness, small business development, and digital communications, supporting brand growth, operational management, and community engagement. In addition to her business background, Ms. Silbaugh has developed expertise in sustainability, herbal wellness, and community-based initiatives. She is the co-founder of Upcycle Grenada Inc., where she leads organizational strategy, communications, fundraising, and program development. Her work focuses on advancing circular-economy solutions, environmental education, and community empowerment through sustainable practices. Ms. Silbaugh currently serves as President and Treasurer of Upcycle Grenada Inc., overseeing governance, financial management, and partnerships.

Charles Murray Booysen is a skilled builder, tradesman, and environmental advocate with hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and sustainable living systems. His professional background includes practical work in building, repairs, and off-grid infrastructure, with a focus on resourcefulness and efficiency. Mr. Booysen has a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and has developed expertise in upcycling, waste repurposing, and self-sufficient building techniques, including Earthship-inspired and natural construction methods. He is the co-founder and Vice President of Upcycle Grenada Inc., where he leads technical implementation, construction training, and on-the-ground project execution. His work supports the organization’s mission to transform waste materials into functional infrastructure and to train local communities in sustainable building practices .

Taylor Silbaugh is an event coordinator and operations support professional with experience in planning, organizing, and executing community-based initiatives and events. Her background includes coordinating logistics, managing schedules, supporting team operations, and assisting with outreach efforts for both business and nonprofit activities. In her role with Upcycle Grenada Inc., Ms. Silbaugh supports the coordination of workshops, volunteer programs, and community engagement events. She contributes to the organization’s mission by helping facilitate educational experiences and hands-on activities that promote sustainability, upcycling, and environmental awareness. Ms. Silbaugh brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to ensuring the successful delivery of programs and events aligned with the organization’s objectives.

Kevaughn Charles is a Grenadian business owner and community leader, born and raised in Grenada, with a strong understanding of local culture, business practices, and community dynamics. He has experience operating his own business and engaging with local stakeholders, providing him with valuable insight into the economic and social landscape of the island. As Cultural Liaison for Upcycle Grenada Inc., Mr. Charles plays a key role in bridging the organization’s initiatives with the local community. He supports relationship-building, cultural alignment, and community outreach to ensure that programs are inclusive, respectful, and responsive to local needs. His involvement strengthens the organization’s ability to operate effectively within Grenada, fostering trust, collaboration, and meaningful community participation in sustainability and circular-economy initiatives .
